Samsonite International S.A. is a renowned American luggage manufacturer and retailer, offering a broad range of travel products, from large suitcases to compact toiletries bags and briefcases. In addition to its flagship brand, Samsonite, the company oversees several other well-known partner brands, including American Tourister, Ebags, Lipault, High Sierra, and Hartman.
In my role, I was responsible for developing email marketing assets and social media campaigns that remained true to the brand’s established voice and style while introducing new, innovative creative elements. These campaigns were designed to engage customers, reinforce brand identity, and drive sales. Furthermore, I contributed to the enhancement of the user experience on Samsonite’s digital platforms by incorporating iconography within web applications, particularly on the homepage, to serve as a wayfinding tool. This strategic use of visual elements not only improved navigation but also streamlined the customer journey, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
